Echocardiogram: Left ventricle is normal in size. Global ventricular systolic function is normal. Ejection fraction is 60% with normal diastolic function. Ventricular septal thickness is 1.1 cm. The left atrium is moderately enlarged. There is moderate mitral regurgitation and trace tricuspid regurgitation.
