Thinning of distal insertional trapezius muscle on scapular spine without focal fatty infiltration or intramuscular edema

Focal weakness of the LEFT spinal accessory nerve w/o significant axonal involvement suggestive of a possible compressive lesion
Ulnar nerve normal
