Broad Differential Diagnosis:
1. Long throacic nerve palsy leading to serratus anterior weakness
2. Spinal accessory nerve palsy leading to trapezius weakness
3. Dorsal scapular nerve palsy leading to rhomboid weakness
4. Mass on chest wall or on undersurface of scaplula
5. Aseptic necrosis of the humeral head
