On May 6, Jon Drezner, MD, AMSSM Past President, received the KSI Lifesaving Research Award from The Korey Stringer Institute located at the University of Connecticut. This award recognizes exceptional dedication and work in research aimed to improve knowledge regarding preventing sudden death in sport. The awards presentation was held at the NFL headquarters in New York City. Doug Casa, Chief Operating Officer for KSI, presented the award to Dr. Drezner.
