The Summit Hotel is the site for the 2026 AMSSM Fellows Research and Leadership Conference. Guests have access to the hotel fitness center as well as complimentary wireless internet in each guest room.

A block of rooms has been reserved for Standard King Room (max: 2 guests) or Standard Double Queen Room (max: 4 guests) per room per night for $189.00/night* beginning on Wednesday, July 15, 2026. Guest room rate will be honored three (3) days pre- and post-meeting dates subject to availability and this request must be made when making your room reservation. Any requests for special room arrangements must be made when making your reservation. All reservations must be guaranteed by one night’s deposit equal to the room rate (plus applicable taxes (currently 19.3%) in effect at the time of check-out for each room reservation with a valid credit card. In addition, at the time of check-in, each guest is required to present a valid credit card for any incidental charges they may incur during their stay.

EARLY DEPARTURE FEE
Avoid $75 fee by notifying hotel of change in departure day at or before check-in. Early departure fees will be waived for medical/family emergencies.

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY
There is a 24-Hour Cancellation Policy where you must cancel 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid the first night’s room and tax to be charged to your credit card. There is no exception to reservations cancelled inside of 24 hours of arrival.
