Booth Reservations for the 2026 Annual Meeting Fellowship Fair will be available January 31!
Based on positive feedback from over 800 Resident and Student members and 198 fellowship programs that participated in the 2025 Fellowship Fair in Kansas City, Missouri. AMSSM will host the Annual Fellowship Fair during the 2026 Annual Meeting in Seattle, WA. The Fellowship Fair will provide students and residents with a chance to interact with fellowship programs. The Fellowship Fair will take place inside the Exhibit Hall for one extended session on Tuesday, April 28 from 8:00am - 10:00am.
Fellowship programs: To participate, please register your program online for a $250 fee to cover the cost of signage/table rental. Note: Please submit the online Fellowship Program Registration form no later than March 23, 2026, to be included in the on-site Meeting Program and Exhibit Guide booklet. After the Advance Registration deadline (March 23, 2026), please contact the AMSSM office for space availability, and please be aware that the late registration fee will be $350, and your program will not be guaranteed to be included in the Meeting Program and Exhibit Guide booklet. After April 6, 2026, booth registration will increase to $500. Programs not in compliance with the Fellowship Code of Ethics for Match will be charged $500 to participate in the Fellowship Fair. In addition, non-compliant programs will be identified on the Fellowship Fair page of the on-site Annual Meeting “Official Meeting Program and Exhibit Guide” booklet. AMSSM reserves the right to place them in a different location if the programs next to them have concerns (in their states, etc.).
| NOTES ABOUT FELLOWSHIP FAIR PARTICIPATION |
- No tabletop, stand-up, or banner exhibit displays or posters are allowed, but each program is allowed a table skirt.
- Will be assigned a 6-foot table with one chair (booths will be arranged in alphabetical order by state).
- May give away promotional items that do not exceed $5 in value.
- May share brochures or printed materials at your table.
