All educational sessions will be held at the Austin Marriott Downtown. Centrally located in Austin, Texas, the hotel features a rooftop bar and a rooftop pool with breathtaking views. Austin is served by the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) and is approximately 15 minutes (10 miles) to/from the Austin Marriott Downtown hotel. On the eastern edge of the Texas Hill Country, Austin is not only the state capital, but lays claim to being the “live music capital of the world”. In addition to the live music venues and trendy “street east”, the city has abundant parks and lakes popular for hiking, biking, swimming, boating and other outdoor recreation.

Please Note: Registration costs are predicated on attendees staying at the Austin Marriott Downtown. A $150 differential is assessed to registrants staying at other hotels to offset expenses incurred. Meeting registrants will be confirmed with the hotel master list.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the guest room group rates (shown below). These rates do not include applicable taxes (currently 17.614%, subject to change without prior notice), applicable service fees, and/or hotel-specific fees in effect at the time of the event.  All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit of one night’s rate plus applicable taxes and fees listed below in effect at the time of the event with a valid credit card. Guest room group rates will be available for three (3) days pre- and post-event; subject to group room availability and must be requested when making your room reservation.

DEADLINE: 11/19/2025 or until the room block is full, whichever comes first. Please make your reservations early.

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservation cancellations must occur at least 72 hours prior to check-in (4:00 pm CT) on your scheduled day of arrival in order to avoid a cancellation fee. Any reservation canceled less than 72 hours before scheduled arrival will be assessed a fee equal to one night's room rate plus applicable taxes/fees.

EARLY DEPARTURE: Early departure fees will be waived for family or medical emergencies.

TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM AIRPORT & HOTEL: Austin is served by the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) and is approximately 19 minutes (10 miles) to/from the Austin Marriott Downtown hotel. Current taxi/Uber fares (subject to change without notice) are between $26-33 one way.
