A block of rooms has been reserved at Hotel Ithaca at the single/double occupancy rate of $159.00/night plus applicable taxes. The room rate does not include the applicable occupancy tax of 13.00% (subject to change without notice) in effect at the time of check-out. Hotel Ithaca requires a deposit for one night plus applicable occupancy tax by credit card. Baggage handling is subject to a $3.00 check-in and $3.00 check-out fee per room. If baggage must be stored or re-handled, an additional fee may apply.

Hotel Ithaca is 100% non-smoking. A $250 fee will be charged to the credit card on file if it is determined that smoking occurred in the guest room.

ROOM RESERVATION DEADLINE: Room/rate availability can only be guaranteed until February 13, 2019 OR UNTIL THE ROOM BLOCK IS SOLD OUT, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST. After the cut-off date if rooms are still available, the negotiated rate will be honored only on a first-come, first-served basis. Please make your reservation early.

EARLY DEPARTURE FEE: Early departure from original reservations are non-refundable.

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY: Room reservations must be cancelled before 4:00 p.m. on the day before your arrival date or a first night's room plus applicable occupancy taxes will be charged.
       Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m.
       Check-out time is by 12:00 p.m. (Noon)

PARKING: Hotel Ithaca has limited, complimentary parking for hotel guests available on a first-come, first-served basis. For additional parking, a privately owned parking garage is located directly across the street from the main entrance of the hotel. The hotel guest is responsible for any parking fee incurred.
