2nd Annual AMSSM Annual Meeting Fellowship Fair - 4/20/2013


PLEASE BE SURE TO USE THE NICKNAME AND COMPANY AFFILIATION FIELDS TO ENTER THE EXACT NAME OF YOUR FELLOWSHIP AS YOU WISH FOR IT TO APPEAR ON YOUR BOOTH SIGN.

Back by popular demand, AMSSM will host the 2nd Annual Fellowship Fair during the 2013 Annual Meeting in San Diego, CA. The Fellowship Fair will provide Students and Residents a chance to interact with Fellowship programs on Saturday, April 20. The Fellowship Fair will take place inside the exhibit hall during the 7:00am - 8:00am; 10:05am - 10:35am; and 3:40pm - 4:10pm breaks on Saturday (exhibits will end on Friday).

The Fellowship Fair is included in the registration fee for Residents and Students attending the Annual Meeting. Fellowship Programs will be able to register their programs to participate for a $100 fee to cover the cost of signage/table rental.

Each Fellowship program:

Will be assigned a 6-foot table with one chair (booths will be arranged in alphabetical order)

May give away promotional item, not to exceed $5 in value

May share brochures or printed materials at your table

NOTE: No tabletop, stand-up or banner exhibit displays or posters are allowed but each program is allowed a table skirt

Please complete the Fellowship Fair registration form below. One form must be completed for each Fellowship program. Payment must accompany the registration form. Registration forms will be accepted until March 15, 2013. For more information regarding the AMSSM 22nd Annual Meeting click here.
