Four view radiographs of the right knee Case Photo #1 : demonstrated fracture through an osteochondroma stalk at the right medial femoral condyle. The lesion was approximately 4 cm in length and 1.5 cm at its widest point.
MRI of the right knee Case Photo #2 Case Photo #3 without contrast: showed mildly displaced fracture at the base of a medial femoral metaphyseal osteochondroma. The chondral cap was unable to be assessed due to the surrounding swelling. No meniscal, cruciate, or collateral ligamentous tears were appreciated.
