Broad Differential Diagnosis:
Gastrointestinal: Gastritis, colitis, hepatitis, peptic ulcer disease, delayed gastric emptying, irritable bowel syndrome, pancreatitis, pancreatic duct obstruction or spasm, esophageal spasm, cholecystitis, cholelithiasis
Genitourinary: Cystitis, ovarian cysts, ovarian torsion, fibroids, endometriosis, ectopic, salpingitis, tubo-ovarian abscess
Cardiac: Hypoperfusion, ischemia
Endocrine: Thyroid disorder
Neurologic: Nerve compression
Oncologic: Neoplasm
Musculoskeletal: Abdominal muscle strain
Psych: performance anxiety
