CK level was ordered - patient declined

Other Studies:
EMG/NCS was ordered - patient declined. A 4 view XR of the shoudler was normal Case Photo #3 and Case Photo #4 . An MRI of the right shoulder without contrast demonstrated Case Photo #5 : 1. Trace nonspecific intramuscular edema within the latissimus dorsi, triceps, and teres major muscles. 2. Otherwise, unremarkable MRI of the shoulder.
