Lab Studies:
WBC 8.02 k/uL
Hgb 14.2 g/dL
MCV 77.3 fL
Plt 224 k/uL
Cr 1.41 mg/dL
eGFR 83 mL/min/1.73 m2
Serum sodium, potassium, chloride, BUN, and liver function tests were normal.

Urinalysis showed loudy red urine with large blood, trace protein, trace ketones, positive leukocyte esterase, WBC 27, and RBC greater than 182.

Other Studies:
CT with contrast of the chest, abdomen, and pelvis showed grade 3 left renal laceration with associated peri-nephric hematoma. Case Photo #1 Case Photo #2

Urology and general surgery consultations were obtained.
