Other Studies:
X-rays of the cervical spine: Very mild degenerative changes of the mid to lower cervical spine; otherwise normal films. Case Photo #1 Case Photo #2 .

X-rays of the left hip: Moderate joint space narrowing of the left hip joint.
No other obvious acute osseous abnormality. Case Photo #3


MRI C Spine w/o Contrast: Multilevel degenerative disc disease of the cervical spine with severe right neural foraminal narrowing at C4-5 and C5-6. Moderate left neural foraminal narrowing at C4-5. Nosignificant spinal canal narrowing.

Consultations:
The patient was referred to Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation for evaluation for therapeutic cervical facet joint injections
