Lab Studies: N/A Other Studies: 1. 3-view radiographs of the right knee: there is a joint effusion without signs of a fracture, dislocation, or other skeletal or soft tissue abnormalities. 2. MRI right knee: mild edema around the lateral collateral ligament and popliteus tendon. No meniscal tears appreciated. ACL and PCL intact. Case Photo #1 3. Arthroscopy of the right knee: Longitudinal tear of the posterior horn of the lateral meniscus in the area of the popliteal hiatus.
