Bilateral iliac crest bone marrow biopsy showed increased lymphoid lineage blasts (9.0%) showing aberrant antigen expression of bright CD34 and CD10, moderate CD19, CD22, cCD22, CD38 and cTdT, dim to moderate HLA-DR and negative for CD45 is identified.
