MRI Left Knee: Complete tear ACL, tear of the distal MCL, and tear of the medial meniscus. Posterolateral corner & lateral capsular tears. High-grade partial tearing of the fibular collateral ligament. Osteochondral impaction fracture of lateral femoral condyle.
