All labs were unremarkable.

Other Studies:
ECG: intermittent runs of atrial tachycardia with HR 55-130 and p-wave morphology similar to sinus p-waves
ECHO: EF 40-50%, possible pericardial cyst behind left atrium and transverse sinus of precordium.
Cardiac MRI: ventricular systolic function mildly reduced due to arrhythmia with EF 40-50%, otherwise normal
7-day Event Monitor: average HR 80 with recurrent 3 sec pauses; atrial tachycardia; 1st degree and type I 2nd degree blocks
Stress ECG: frequent rest PACs and exercise sinus tachycardia
