X-ray of the lumbar spine revealed grade 1 spondylolisthesis of L5 on S1 and probable bilateral L5 spondylolysis and mild lumbar scoliosis convex to the left Case Photo #1 , Case Photo #2 . Nuclear medicine bone scan showed increased uptake in the left L5 pars more noticeable than right suggestive of a pars defect or fracture on the left with increased stress on the right.
