Broad Differential Diagnosis:
1. Optic neuropathy (para-infectious, demyelinating, autoimmune, granulomatous, idiopathic, etc.)
2. Concussion
3. Ocular migraine
4. Retinal detachment
5. Occipital lobe lesion (such as: mass, contusion, etc)
6. Uveitis/Hyphema.
