MRI: AC joint, tendons, labrum, and cartilage normal; Nondisplaced fracture through the superior glenoid into base of the coracoid and scapular body.
CT: Closed nondisplaced fracture of right scapular body. Fracture of superior margin of the scapula to across superior third of the glenoid articular surface and base of the coracoid. Vertical fracture of the scapular neck extending to inferior body. Case Photo #3 Case Photo #4
