Lab Studies:
CBC: WBC 14.9, Hgb 16.5, PLT 143
Lipase: 40
CMP: Na 138, K 3.7, CO2 20, AG 16, BUN 22, Cr 1.24, AST 58, ALT 32. GFR 68.
Urine dip: negative for nitrite, leukocytes, and blood; there are 40 mg/dl of ketones.
Lactate: 0.7 mmol/L

Other Studies:
Case Photo #1 and Case Photo #2 CT abdominal/pelvis with contrast: Enteritis. Possible Superior Mesenteric Vein (SMV) thrombosis.

Case Photo #3 MRA abdomen: Thrombus in the SMV, main portal vein, and right and left portal veins with propagation since the previous CT exam.

EKG: normal sinus rhythm, left ventricular hypertrophy
