X-ray of the Left hip and Pelvis Case Photo #1 : No bony or soft tissue abnormalities.
MRI of the left hip Case Photo #2 : Interval repair of the posterior labrum with anchors in the posterior acetabulum. Posterosuperior labrum is reattached without recurrent tear. Interval femoral osteoplasty. Marrow edema present in anterosuperior, lateral humeral head. Mild edema along right gluteus minimus myotendinous junction suggests grade 1 strain.
