X-rays right shoulder:
Glenohumeral and acromioclavicular joints congruent. No fracture, osteoarthritis or soft tissue calcification. Normal shoulder.
 
MRI right shoulder: Case Photo #1
Slight infraspinatus tendinosis. No discrete rotator cuff tendon tear. Inferolateral tilt of the acromion could contribute towards impingement. Mild subdeltoid bursitis.
