Other Studies: Nerve conduction studies: Left lateral femoral cutaneous nerve showed no response MRI Left Hip and Lumbar spine: Both normal Exertional Compartment Pressure Testing: Normal compartment pressures at rest, and 1- and 5- minutes post exercise. Due to continued symptoms after meralgia paresthetica treatment and negative MRI lumbar/hip imaging, differential diagnosis was expanded to consider possible vascular pathology. Magnetic Resonance Venography (MRV) of the pelvis was obtained and showed 80% compression of left common iliac vein as it crosses under the right common iliac artery.
