Plain films including ulnar deviated clench fist view and PA of wrist demonstrated trapezial ridge non-union Case Photo #1 , Case Photo #2 , Case Photo #3 , Case Photo #4 .
MRI indicated edema at triscaphoid articulation with complete distal avulsion of flexor carpi radialis (FCR) tendon with 5.5 cm retraction into proximal forearm.
On T2 weighted imaging there was increased signal present at distal musculotendinous portion of FCR Case Photo #5 , Case Photo #6 , Case Photo #7 , [Photo 8].
