Lab Studies: None Other Studies: Plain films including ulnar deviated clench fist view and PA of wrist demonstrated trapezial ridge non-union Case Photo #1 , Case Photo #2 , Case Photo #3 , Case Photo #4 . MRI indicated edema at triscaphoid articulation with complete distal avulsion of flexor carpi radialis (FCR) tendon with 5.5 cm retraction into proximal forearm.
