Other Studies: Bilateral standing 4-view XRay: The patellae are hypoplastic and deviated laterally. No acute fracture or dislocation. No juxtaarticular erosions. No joint space narrowing. Significant hypoplasia of the patella with a rounded 2.0 x 1.5 cm hyperechoic structure within the extensor mechanisms without surrounding or internal vascular supply or overt tendon disruption.
