MRI of the right shoulder: postoperative changes from distal clavicular resection, mild edema signal within the acromioclavicular joint space, and low-grade tear of the infraspinatous tendon.
Ultrasound of the right acromioclavicular joint with the arm and hand in an anatomic position revealed a 7 mm distance between the clavicle and acromion, with a small effusion.
