X-Rays negative for acute pathology. Case Photo #1 , Case Photo #2 MRI showed high-grade partial-thickness versus full-thickness rotator cuff tear of supraspinatus measuring 1.4 cm in anterior-posterior dimension and demonstrating differential tendon retraction to mid-humeral head. Case Photo #3 , Case Photo #4 , Case Photo #5 No humeral head fracture lines noted, greater tuberosity displayed edema-like signal from contusion with small glenohumeral joint effusion.
