Lab Studies:
TSH, CMP, CBC, urine, beta-HCG were normal.

Other Studies:
Case Photo #1
Initial EKG demonstrated ST elevation with T wave inversion in V1-V3.

Case Photo #2
Event monitor demonstrated frequent atrial tachycardia with sinus pauses, in addition to non-sustained ventricular tachycardia.

Case Photo #3
Echocardiogram demonstrated enlarged left ventricular volume and elevated left ventricular end diastolic pressure. Cardiac MRI showed significant right greater than left atrial fibrosis, but no scarring of the ventricles identified. Stress test revealed a maximal blood pressure of 240/95, frequent premature ventricular contractions above lactate threshold, no ischemic changes on EKG.
