Lab Studies:
High-sensitivity troponins peaked at 967 ng/L (upper limit of normal 34 ng/L).

Other Studies:
Her chest radiography showed no cardiopulmonary abnormalities or fractures. Her electrocardiogram revealed T wave inversions in V2 Case Photo #1 . Her echocardiogram (ECG)showed normal left and right ventricular size and function with an estimated ejection fraction of 70% and no regional wall motion abnormalities.

Consultations:
Cardiology was consulted. Cardiac catheterization with coronary angiography showed no fixed stenosis or coronary artery disease with grade 3 thrombolysis in myocardial infarction (TIMI) flow Case Photo #2 . Grade 3 TIMI flow correlates with complete perfusion.
