Lab Studies: Her Vitamin D was in a normal range at 49.1. Other Studies: At initial visit, left ankle and tib-fib x-rays Case Photo #1 were ordered because her original images were not able to be seen from the outside facility. Follow up visits and repeat Tibia-fibula x-rays were ordered at 2 Case Photo #2 , 4 Case Photo #3 , and 10 Case Photo #4 week intervals, which was 5, 7, and 13 weeks post injury respectively. These x-rays showed progressing callus formation, but healing was delayed with persistent displacement. Consultations: None Click here to continue.
