Lab Studies: No relevant lab studies are available. Other Studies: Chest x-ray, point of care ultrasound, and cervical spine computed tomography (CT) were negative for injuries. CT head Case Photo #1 demonstrated a large left holohemispheric hyperdense subdural hematoma, mass effect of the left lateral ventricle, a 10 mm midline shift to the right at the level of the lateral ventricles, and mild medial deviation of the left uncus.
