Lab Studies: None Other Studies: His knee radiographs were normal. Case Photo #1 , Case Photo #2 His pelvis and frog leg views were normal as well. Case Photo #3 , Case Photo #4 His left knee MRI showed a well-marginated 1.8cm x 1.6cm x 2.2cm epiphyseal lesion with internal chondroid matrix. There was significant associated peri-lesional marrow edema and moderate joint effusion present. There was also widening of the ACL and PCL.
