Weight bearing Right ankle X-rays including anteroposterior (AP), mortise, and lateral views were obtained. A nondisplaced fracture of the distal tibial metaphysis with posterior apex angulation was seen. There were no additional fractures, a congruent ankle mortise, and intact talar dome. There was soft tissue swelling. Case Photo #1
