Other Studies:
Xray of right shoulder (Grashey, Scapular Y, and axillary views) showed mild glenohumeral and ACjoint space narrowing with mild spur formation; slight sclerosis at the greater and lesser tuberosities.
MRI:
-Increased T1 and T2 signal within the supraspinatus; mild atrophic changes; moderate fraying of the supraspinatus tendon; no evidence of full thickness tear
-Increased T1 and T2 signal within the infraspinatus; mild to moderate atrophic changes; tendon intact
-AC joint with subacromial spur causing significant mass effect on the underlying supraspinatus tendon
Needle EMG with nerve conduction study reveals evidence of patchy brachial plexopathy involving the right axillary, long thoracic, and branch of the suprascapular nerves consistent with neuralgic amyotrophy
