X-ray of right shoulder (performed at our initial visit): Mild acromioclavicular osteoarthritis, diffuse osseous demineralization. Case Photo #1 Case Photo #2 Case Photo #3 Case Photo #4
MRI cervical spine (performed two months prior to stroke): multilevel cervical spine degenerative changes have minimally progressed since 2015. Degenerative changes are most pronounced at C5-C6 where there is moderate bilateral foramina narrowing.
