X-ray right foot - lateral: Case Photo #1 No acute fracture or dislocation. Mild narrowing of tarsometatarsal and interphalangeal joints seen. Calcaneal enthesophytes noted.

MRI right foot without contrast: Case Photo #2 No fractures identified. No joint effusion noted. Lisfranc ligament intact. Moderate hallux MTP-sesamoid osteoarthrosis, mild to moderate osteoarthrosis of the midfoot, atrophy of the abductor digiti minimi muscle partially visualized, and EHL and FHL tendinopathy with mild extensor tenosynovitis.
