Other Studies:
Right knee radiograph revealed no acute fractures and appropriate joint space.
MRI of the right knee indicated posterolateral corner jury with tears of the LCL and popliteus. ACL/PCL/MCL were all intact. Cartilage and meniscus throughout the right knee appeared intact without injury. Bruising was present on the medial femoral condyle. Case Photo #1 Case Photo #2 Case Photo #3
