MRI L knee: Complete ACL tear with high-grade partial tear of the PCL. Complete tear of the LCL and biceps femoris tendon from their fibular attachments. Partial tearing of the popliteus tendon. EMG L knee: Severe acute common peroneal mononeuropathy at the level of the knee with evidence of axonal loss and no evidence of neuropraxia. Mild acute tibial neuropathy at level of knee.
