Left shoulder XR: No displaced fracture or dislocation, preserved acromioclavicular and glenohumeral joint spaces.
MRI chest without contrast: Partial tearing of the left interclavicular ligament. Intact AC joint articular discs, intact anterior and posterior sternoclavicular and costoclavicular ligaments Case Photo #1 Case Photo #2 Case Photo #3 .
MRI left shoulder without contrast: Mild tendinosis at the supraspinatus and infraspinatus tendons without evidence of full rotator cuff tear. Superior labral tear.
