Lab Studies: Vitamin D insufficiency (17.4). Normal PTH (24.8). Testosterone mid-to-low normal for age matched individuals: total 464. Elevated LH/FSH. Normal prolactin. Normal CBC, iron stores, TSH, urinalysis, and CMP including calcium and phosphate. Negative for HIV. Normal celiac testing. Other Studies: DEXA - Lumbar spine BMD = 0.835g/cm2, Z-score = -2.3. - Left femoral neck BMD = 0.603g/cm2, Z-score = -2.1. - Left total hip BMD = 0.74g/cm2, Z-score = -1.9. - FOREARM (1/3) BMD = 0.785g/cm2, Z-score = -0.5.
