Lab Studies:
Comprehensive metabolic panel and complete blood count were within normal limits. Transaminases and lipase were within normal limits. Serum qualitative pregnancy test was negative. Urinalysis was only significant for trace ketones.
Other Studies:
Computed tomography with contrast showed distended loops of small bowel with wall thickening, enhancement, and decompressed loops of bowel distally. The transition point was visualized in the right lower quadrant. Fecalization of the small bowel was also apparent. Case Photo #1
