Lab Studies:
CBC, CMP, coagulation profile, d-dimer, lipid panel, HbA1C, thyroid function, CRP, ESR, and Urine Drug Screen were all negative.

Other Studies:
EKG showed sinus bradycardia (54bpm) and early repolarization normal for athletic heart.

Echo showed very mild LVH/thickened aortic valve/AR/MR, and increased ventricular septum thickness.

CT head no contrast and CT angiogram of head and neck were both negative.

MRI brain with and without contrast showed an acute right lacunar infarct Case Photo #1 .
