MRI of his lumbar spine which noted no spinal canal stenosis. Minimal grade 1 retrolisthesis of his L5-S1. Case Photo #1
EMG: Findings were consistent with acute left peroneal neuropathy around the left fibular head. This was mixed demyelinating and axonopathy. There was significant conduction block just above the fibular head.
Diagnostic ultrasound examination of the peroneal nerve: There was enlargement noted of the common peroneal nerve at the fibular head. Case Photo #2 , Case Photo #3 , Case Photo #4
