Lab Studies:
COVID-19 RNA RT-PCR was positive.
Rapid Strep was negative.
Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV) Antibody Panel was significant for an IgG Index greater than 8.0, IgG result was positive, IgM was 1.0, and IgM Result was equivocal.
CBC was significant for a WBC of 4.57 x 103/uL and 47% Segmented Neutrophils with 43% Lymphocytes. CMP showed electrolytes within normal limits and liver function tests within normal limits (ALT: 26, AST: 28, Alkaline Phosphatase: 67, Bilirubin: 0.5).
