Lab Studies:
CBC - Normal
CRP - 3.2
ESR - 26

Other Studies:
MR arthrogram of the left shoulder revealed a full-thickness tear of the anterior labrum and well as a partial thickness tear of the supraspinatus.

MRI of the chest wall with and without contrast revealed a 2.4 cm enhancing lesion in the left manubrium near the sternoclavicular joint concerning for a neoplastic process, as well as a pathologic fracture of the left manubrium. [photo 2, photo 3]

Manubrium bone biopsy was consistent with a plasmacytoma.
