Initial X-rays of right hip were negative for fracture or bony abnormality. Case Photo #1

MRI of right hip showed extensive osseous signal abnormality centered predominantly in the right acetabulum and right superior pubic ramus consistent with a primary osseous malignancy. Additional focal osseous lesions within the right ilium and left sacrum concerning metastases. Case Photo #2 and Case Photo #3
