MRI Pelvis MSK with and without contrast: Asymmetric marrow edema within the left pubic symphysis with accompanying small osteophytes. Mild tendinosis/partial injury of the of the left adductor longus near the insertion. Case Photo #1 Case Photo #2 No evidence of osteonecrosis. Trace bilateral hip joint effusion. Mild SI joint osteoarthrosis. Unremarkable hamstring, iliopsoas, and rectus femoris tendons. No acute muscle tear. No evidence of an inguinal hernia with and without valsalva maneuver.
