He had a normal troponin.

Other Studies:
His first electrocardiogram showed a new brugada pattern. His echocardiogram, CT angiogram, and holter monitor were normal. Repeat electrocardiogram showed early repolarization changes. He also had an exercise stress test that showed relative hypotension during stage 5 with symptoms of dyspnea and dizziness.
